Bhathia Devi

The temple of Maa Singhvahini Devi is located at a distance of about 40 kilometers from Shahdol district headquarters, which is known as Bhathia Devi Temple. Every day devotees visit here. During the Navratri festival, a huge crowd of devotees gathers here and people reach to have darshan of Mata Rani. During Sharadiya and Chaitra Navratri festival, people keep coming here from morning till night. The idol of Maa Singh Vahini Devi of the Navami and Dashami century is installed in the famous Devi temple Bhatia of the district. Mata Rani is being worshipped by priest Shivprasad Dwivedi since the year 1933, then Ramsundar Dwivedi and now Kailash Dwivedi.
